YOUR SCOOPER DADDY SERVICE
Terms of Service
Effective October 5, 2026
These terms explain how Scooper Daddy bookings, outdoor cleanup, and payments work. Your confirmed service plan provides the property-specific scope, price, and schedule.
Recurring plans, clearly explained.
Weekly plans charge automatically every week. Monthly plans charge automatically each month and include four weekly visits per paid package. Billing continues until you pause or cancel.
Open your client portal to pause, restart, or cancel. For help, email hello@scooperdaddy.com.
1. Outdoor service
Scooper Daddy provides outdoor dog waste pickup in San Diego for residential yards and commercial pet areas, including boarding and daycare facilities, HOAs, multifamily properties, apartments, and parks. Service requires safe access from outside. We do not enter homes or clean indoor spaces.
Optional outdoor deodorizing is available when requested in advance. Your confirmed plan identifies the outdoor areas and services included. Cleanup is performed during scheduled visits; new waste and odors can develop between visits.
2. Booking and property access
A quote or booking request is not a confirmed appointment. We review the cleanup area, conditions, dog count, exterior access, and route availability before confirming your price and first visit. Payment is requested after approval.
Provide accurate property and contact information, and request service only where you have authority to arrange access. Let us know about dogs on site, hazards, and the outdoor zones to be cleaned. Arrange safe exterior access for the confirmed visit. Do not put gate codes or sensitive information in form notes.
3. Pricing and optional deodorizing
Published residential prices cover one dog in a small, routinely maintained outdoor area:
- Weekly: $30 per visit. Each additional dog adds $10 per visit.
- Monthly: $110 for four weekly visits. Each additional dog adds $40 per four-visit package.
- One-time: $200 for one cleanup. Each additional dog adds $10.
A small area means an estimated 15 to 20 minutes of routine cleanup, subject to review. This is not a guaranteed completion time or a square-foot limit. Larger areas, heavy or uncertain buildup, and commercial properties receive a custom quote.
Outdoor deodorizing is $50 per application and must be booked in advance. The form requests one application. It is charged separately from cleanup and does not repeat automatically with every visit or subscription renewal. Further applications require another advance request and scheduling confirmation.
We confirm the price before payment. Changes to dog count, cleanup scope, or visit frequency are reviewed and confirmed before additional charges.
4. Payments and automatic renewal
Stripe processes payments. A one-time cleanup is a single payment. An approved weekly subscription renews and charges automatically every week. An approved monthly subscription renews and charges automatically each calendar month for a four-visit package. The recurring amount is the confirmed cleanup price shown before payment.
Submitting a request or creating an account does not start a paid subscription. You start an approved subscription through checkout in your client portal. Review the recurring price and billing frequency before authorizing payment. Billing continues until you pause or cancel.
If one deodorizing application is included, its $50 charge is added to the initial checkout only. Review payment methods, invoices, and billing information through your client portal. Service may be paused while a payment needs attention.
5. Pause, restart, and cancellation
Sign in to your client portal, find the service plan, and use its pause, restart, or cancellation control. Review and confirm the change shown there. If you cannot access your account, email hello@scooperdaddy.com for help, including a request to cancel.
- Pause: Future visits and payment collection pause. Existing paid invoices are not automatically refunded.
- Restart: A new billing period starts at your confirmed price. Visits reactivate after payment clears, and we confirm the next route date. Restart does not automatically credit earlier paid visits.
- Cancel: Future subscription billing and service stop when cancellation is confirmed. Cancelling an unpaid booking request does not create a charge.
Cancel before the next scheduled recurring charge to prevent that renewal. Cancellation does not automatically reverse an earlier payment. Contact us to review unused paid visits, service concerns, or a billing error. These terms do not limit refunds or other remedies required by law.
6. Visit changes and service concerns
Visit dates and route availability are confirmed before service. Weather, unsafe conditions, or inaccessible outdoor areas may require a schedule change. Contact us about an affected or missed visit so we can review the situation and arrange the next steps.
If something is wrong with a cleanup or charge, contact us with the service date and a description. Do not include payment card numbers or sensitive access information in your message. We review concerns and any remaining paid visits with you.
7. Your account and information
Keep your contact information current and protect your sign-in credentials. Use the website and client portal for genuine requests and your own service records. Do not submit false information, access another client’s account, or interfere with the site.
Our Privacy Notice explains how account, booking, and payment-related information is handled. Requesting service does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
8. Contact, updates, and your rights
Questions about these terms or your service? Email hello@scooperdaddy.com.
We may update these terms and show the effective date on this page. Material changes to an existing recurring plan will be communicated before taking effect, with cancellation information and any consent or notice required by law. Updating this page alone does not authorize a new charge or change an agreed price.
These terms do not waive rights or protections that applicable law does not allow you to waive. Your confirmed service plan and any separately agreed property-specific terms should be read alongside this page.
