Privacy notice

We use the information you submit to quote, arrange, and manage outdoor dog waste cleanup. Quote requests include your contact details, ZIP code, property type, dog count, cleanup conditions, plan and add-on preferences, and optional notes or measurements.

Your account and booking

When you create an account, we store your name, email, a hashed password, verification records, and session information. Booking requests also include your service address, phone, preferred date, and any dog or property details you provide. Essential cookies keep you signed in. Your booking information is available to you and authorized Scooper Daddy administrators.

Payments and providers

Stripe processes checkout, recurring payments, payment methods, and invoices. We store Stripe references and payment status; payment card numbers are not collected by our booking form or stored in our database. Vercel hosts the website and private quote storage. Neon stores account and booking records. NameCrane provides account and service emails. Cloudflare manages domain DNS. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts.

Service emails

We send email verification, password reset, and booking updates. Requesting service does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. Do not include gate codes, payment card details, or sensitive information in form notes.

Contact hello@scooperdaddy.com to request a correction or deletion or ask about your information. Some billing and service records may need to be retained for business requirements.
